Q : What aftersales support do you offer? A : After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first 3 Months. Any support thereafter will be charged at very minimal charges. However, the changes DO NOT APPLY to layout/design modifications, functionality. These when required are charged separately. Important to NOTE. If we are hosting the website for you, we do take monitoring audits for security, application tests etc FREE of charge. But we do not do that if site is hosted by 3rd parties. Q : Is there a need for a face to face meeting? A : In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and 90% of our sites are generally completed with contact via Email, IM Chat, Via Live Support on our website and telephone only. |

Q : How do I get listed in Google? A : It is free to submit to Google and other search engines. We submit all websites we design to Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Alta Vista, Infoseek and others. However, we also do offer PROFESSIONAL SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services at a FEE. Please

Q : What is ftp? FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a method of transferring files (web pages for example) from your local PC to your web server. There are a variety of free ftp software programs available on the Internet and they enable you to update your website pages at any given time. If you registered your domain with another provider, you will need to request for your FTP Details so that we can upload the project files,etc. |
